Covid-19 Relief
Due to the unfortunate circumstances that Covid-19 has created in all our lives we are reaching out to you, our fans, for help in this tough time. The global pandemic has hindered us from doing what we love, and put a stop to our Summer 2020 tour, heading to parts of Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. We sincerely hope the best for you and your family. We are gearing up to bring smiles to your faces in the form of new music and hopefully reigniting our tour once this is all over. “Analog Feel” Out Now!
Join the heard as Floatgoat incorporates hip hop into their voltage fusion style. Not only does Floatgoat fuse genres, but they also fuse the analog and digital world with production hardware and software. This tune was inspired by sexual puns, and the parallels between getting laid & analog, versus digital & hitting up Rosey Palm. Floatgoat is hitting the road to major music cities in Colorado to promote their single on what they are calling their Analog Fall Tour.

Here we go! For the first time ever we are gearing up to drop a hip hop infused single titled, “Analog Feel”. This tune pushes the boundaries on genre between funk and rock plus rap, as we incorporate hip-hop into our Voltage Fusion style. If you want to hear this puppy before we let the dogs out on Nov. 14th, then you’ve got to catch us on our Analog Fall Tour, because we’re hitting the road to Denver, Boulder, Ft. Still floating after our performance at a SOLD OUT Cervantes Other Side! Huge thanks to all friends and fans who came out in full force and showed us mad love. We couldn’t have done it without our Mile High Sound Movement fam; Melody Lines, Collidoscope, Telemetry, and Mr. Buggati. Shout out to our guest vocalist Eve Jennings who put on an awesome performance, and Connor Dugan who captured some stunning shots.
FLOATGOAT Release Scrumpies
“Scrumpies” is the next level of floatgoat jamtronica as the duo steps into a micro-particle funk portal unlike anything floating goats have ever heard. The roots of this funk portal come from jazz/rock fusion, and more virtuous parts over longer jazz influenced chord progressions. The licks get scrumpadellic in this track, but always expect more improvisation in a live performance. We got inspired to write this tune on a tour with Evanoff after playing Animas City Theatre in Durango. Some dude kept making up funny words for things, and one was scrumpies, ‘The stuff that sticks to your foot after a raging party’.
